"First off, this company is located in New Bern NC. Mr. Martinez came out late in the day and spent an hour going over the HVAC system, discussing options and approach and even checking out a ceiling spot that seemed damp (not an issue it turned out). Later that evening he called to set up a service, which was 2 days later. The crew was thoughtful, courteous, and, most important, tolerated my presence and questions. Speaking of which, Mr. Martinez did run some decisions by me as the work progressed. The crew helped me move some furniture out of the way of ceiling ducts (the covers of which were cleaned and treated) and used plastic sheets to cover furniture and kitchen counters. Afterwards, one of the crew spent a fair about of time vacuuming up any debris. Through the cleaning, there were 3 industrial sized HEPA filter units running (in fact this was the first thing they did) to filter out any dust that was created. Overall they spent close to 7 hours on site which was more than projected, thus, the overall cost was at the high side of the estimate ($1,500) but that worked out to less than 50c per sq.ft of my very large ranch. In conclusion, DMS and Mr. Martinez are definitely worth talking to. The company offers mold remediation services as well."

"The crew arrived and set to work promptly. It was a task to get the dryer out of the hall closet enclosure. They worked together as a well-oiled machine and got that dryer out, and hooked up to their vacuum unit. The duct was super long and vented out the side of the house. When completed, my laundry closet was vacuumed (thank you!). Did I mention new hose/duct clamps were attached? Yes! Next up was the cable outlet on the neighboring wall of the laundry closet. Warm moist air from the dryer vent was coming through the unused cable outlet and wall. The technician removed the plate and cleaned out the area where lint had accumulated. He took the box out and found a tab was broken on it, causing it to fall out. Problem solved. Thank you AdvantaClean."
