"Equipment was outdated and I was not happy with the cuts made into my ducts in order to hook up the equipment. I wish I had been made aware of this beforehand. I also did not like the fact that the trash per say is blasted into the air ( meaning I never got a clear definition of how they dispose of the gunk in your vents). Overall I am okay with the service received. I also want to say it would have been nice to know that they were coming, didn't get proper notification."

This house had cat odor and we imagined the ducts were full of cat hair.  we did everything we could and got most of the odor out and thought duct cleaning would be a good idea. There is now  no odor and peace of mind that the new owners will not be inhaling whatever might be in those ducts.
