"Basic Concept designed and built a deck in our back yard and did an entire kitchen remodel for our home. We had some different ideas when we first contacted Charles but he was able to see what was possible and make great suggestions to fit our wishes, space, and budget. All of the workers that came to our home were very skilled, polite, and professional. They made sure that all work was done completely and correctly, no shortcuts. Charles was very involved in every aspect of the project. He is a great communicator and coordinated all the work and deliveries very efficiently. While I'm sure the size of our kitchen and deck would seem insignificant to some, we were made to feel like VIPs. Everyone treated our home with dignity and respect.
