Get matched with top audio/visual and computer pros in Balch Springs, TX

"Robert is punctual, professional and a pleasure to meet. We called on a Tuesday and Robert was able to come to the house on Wednesday morning.   The cost reflects the price for the antenna as well as the digital audio cable.  Robert answers all questions, explains what he is doing and gives very helpful information.  After installation, he checks to make sure everything is working properly.  He also guarantees his work for one year.   Very glad he came to Texas from the UK!  Would definitely use his expertise again!

"The IT Teck, Lance from Excellence IT, arrived as scheduled and was able to resolve serveral issues I had experienced in upgrading my laptop to MicroSoft 365. He also ran a check of my operating systems and made serveral changes to improve my computers operation. After leaving I had a question as I begin using the installed systems and he was able to respond and help in getting a couple of issues resolved over the phone. I would use Excellence IT again if need."

"I think I've had Tom at both of our homes and he's done everything from TV mounts to full home theater installs. Some of the jobs are really easy for him and some of the jobs are rather difficult especially when running cables. He's very punctual and easy to communicate with. There are always issues with every project whether it's audio-visual stuff to building a pool but Tom and his son always communicate and let you know the solutions and associated cost prior to performing the work. I really do believe that the cost is a phenomenal value. I've left the house open for him while I'm not there and he goes above and beyond and takes care of my dog and sends me a picture of the closed garage door when he leaves the home. Highly highly recommend Tom!"

"Great experience from my initial inquiry and completed work mounting my TV and setting up my audio visual equipment. Highly recommend."

"I contacted Mike when my computer suddenly and dramatically slowed down. I left him a message and he called me within a few hours, ready to help me immediately--remotely. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and efficient—and very personable. I gave him access to my computer and he carefully explained every step he took. Even though I know little about the inner workings of a computer, I felt very comfortable asking him my questions. While waiting for a scan of potential malware on my computer, Mike provided helpful tips on keeping my computer running efficiently. I highly recommend Mike to anyone suffering from any problem(s) with their computer. I will definitely contact him again if I experience any problems with my computer."
