"They were able to fix a horrible mess and got my computer/internet straightened out"

"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"Our HOA hired Technology First LLC ( Jamar Lampkin) to install a Lorex 6 camera security system on our brick masonry building. This involved positioning the NVR in a computer closet , running POE Cat 6 cable to 6 different locations on the exterior and garage areas of our building. It was complicated by the height that cameras needed to be positioned, running of conduit required , as well as having to install through concrete and brick. The job ended up taking longer than anticipated because of these complications, but Jamar did well responding to these issues. In the end the installation was done very professionally, and I am very pleased with the installation. Since we just completed the job, I cannot comment completely on the camera system itself , but I am confident that it will work as planned. If you are thinking about installing a video security system on your building; I would highly recommend Technology First LLC and Jamar Lampkin."

"We had a six-camera system installed because of problems with nearby homeless camps. Don and his team were outstanding. Don did a thorough walk-through and made sure we were comfortable with camera locations, and James and Charles were professional and extremely knowledgeable with the actual installation. James gave us a detailed tutorial on our computer and phone set-ups The project came in on time and exactly on budget. We're delighted with the way this company approached, and then performed, on this project. Five stars!"

"Exceptional service and very professional and knowledgeable was able to fix my untimely situation with my computer system promptly and efficiently! I highly recommend his services!"
