He patiently explained how their smart TV worked and how to get to apps on their existing TV. We returned a new TV we had bought because we thought the problem with their access to apps was due to the old TV not being compatible. John also shopped and installed a new cable modem and hard-wired a mesh network to save them money on their existing Xfinity modem rental and provide better coverage throughout their home.
