We returned a new TV we had bought because we thought the problem with their access to apps was due to the old TV not being compatible. John also shopped and installed a new cable modem and hard-wired a mesh network to save them money on their existing Xfinity modem rental and provide better coverage throughout their home. John thought rewiring their existing sound system that had controls in each room of their home was a bit beyond his scope of knowledge.
