"I recommended to my nephew that he hire SmarTek Success to mount his TV above his fireplace, even though I had mounted several flat screens for family and friends myself. However, this mount was more complex. What really impressed me was the technician for SmarTek came out to assess the project before committing his services. That gave me the opportunity to give him what I will call an oral exam. He passed with flying colors and then his work exceeded my expectations. I would rate his electrical, cabling and audio/visual skills all 5.0. I don't do many reviews like this unless I feel I need to warn others of someone's poor efforts. This was different. SmarTek Success earned my praises."

"Ralph and Ralph Jr were a pleasurer to work with. They did a great job installing TVs and mounts at all of your medical clinics. They were very responsive to all of our questions and gave us exactly what we were looking for. They stand by their work and will make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. I would hire them again for any other installation, electrical, or networking work we need for our business."

"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"Tony and his team were very good at handling hangi.g myTV and souround sound. Theylistened to my ideas and made them a reality. When there was an issue with my sub-woofer, he was direct and not only let me know what the issue was, but provided used suggestions to solve it."

"Rick was great. He went out of his way to solve our issue and we are well satisfied and would gladly have him in our home again when we need computer help."
