"I took advantage of the promotional offer that Vin Lee of “CallMyITGuy.com” offered for free remote assistance in exchange for a quick online review via email. I have been working with computers for quite some time on my secular job. I am quite knowledgeable regarding creating documents, simple and complex, advanced Word functions, email, etc. And in times past, if I had issues with my computer, I would call the IT Help Desk at work. But, at home, with my personal computer, when it comes to the more “technical matters” or the inner workings of the computer system, such as how much memory is available, increasing computer speed, or other IT matters, I am not as “tech savvy.” I reached out to Vin, and he promptly returned my email, setting up a convenient time for an appointment. Our session lasted well over an hour and during that time not only was he able to assist me with computer clean-up and maintenance, but he answered many of my questions regarding computer updates, viruses"

"The technician gave product and installation recommendations when I asked for them that both saved me money and maxed my AV experience based on the amount I wanted to spend."

"As usual, Mike fixed issue in short order and explained what I need to do to keep virus free. At 67. Yrs of age, , and not totally computer literate, i do not feel awkward asking for his help. He is very knowledge and patient. Thanks Mike!!"

"Got my computer running again"

"Excellent work! I needed 3 televisions hung up and not only were the gentlemen flexible , but they were professional, and in out within the hour. Additionally, I cannot recommend their work enough! If you need something simple or complicated I suggest you call them to schedule your installation. On top of all that - their prices are very reasonable!"

"If I could give more than five stars I would! Mike did an amazing job. He was incredibly professional, punctual, neat, and precise. I could not be happier with the work he did today. Their hours are great! Mike came out to my house on a Sunday morning to install the mount for my 65" TV. I have lived in many different places and have had to routinely use install professionals. Mike and TV Mount are the best I have ever hired to do any work. I cannot recommend him and their services highly enough! I will be using them for future work in the area."

"We are pleased with the work REO provides for us."

"Professional and informative. Was willing to share his experience if you were interested. Needed to move phone line with 2 voice lines and DSL about 40 feet PLUS had to find a miss tagged line at the DMARC. Very good to work with."
