I ordered an new computer which arrived the day Joe was to pick up old computer so he was able to take both towers to retrieve information from my old tower so he could transfer all of my information to my new computer. Additionally I had an old tower running Windows 7 which he transferred all of that information to my workbook so I now have access to that information on my new computer. Joe spent a lot of time also setting up my printer and made it so easy for me to scan files to send in email. I really appreciate the fact that he wanted to make things simple for me. Joe also wiped my hard drives clean and disposed of my old towers."
