"The IT Teck, Lance from Excellence IT, arrived as scheduled and was able to resolve serveral issues I had experienced in upgrading my laptop to MicroSoft 365. He also ran a check of my operating systems and made serveral changes to improve my computers operation. After leaving I had a question as I begin using the installed systems and he was able to respond and help in getting a couple of issues resolved over the phone. I would use Excellence IT again if need."

"I apologize for the late review but I would like to thank BTZ Audio Video for the expert job they did for us. They installed an antenna on my roof and rand cable to several of my tv's. Before I could not get any local channels at all. Tried several of the small antennas that attach to the back of the tv. Waste of money for me. I talked with Bryan Schafer of BTZ and discussed my dilemma. They ran a little late on the appointment but they kept me in they constantly kept me in the loop which I really appreciated. When they arrived they didn't rush through but made sure I was happy with all my tv reception. I even asked and they ran another cable for a tv that didn't have a line to it. I can't say enough about their professionalism and work. I highly recommend them for your entertainment installation needs. Extremely easy to work with."

I just called him, because I want to engage his services for another project. BTW his services were much more reasonable than the Home Theater Store I had purchased my equipment from. This time I will buy the new TV and all equipment/supplies from him. In addition, he is not charging for consulting with me re: the least expensive and most functional way for me to go.
