They problem-solved their way through the 2-day effort with great attitudes and helpful explanations. As the project scaled up, they were sure to warn me about extra costs and get my approval. James reminded e to call if I had any questions or problems going forward. The system sounds great and I highly recommend Black Barrel. "The communications were excellent, the installer, who is also the owner arrived right on time. The installation work was professional and there were several options for how the mount could operate, and we discussed those and made these decisions. Brian showed me how to operate and adjust the mount, configured the TV, and soundbar and assured I was comfortable with how everything operated. I have already referred him to one of my closest friends."
