But, at home, with my personal computer, when it comes to the more “technical matters” or the inner workings of the computer system, such as how much memory is available, increasing computer speed, or other IT matters, I am not as “tech savvy.” I reached out to Vin, and he promptly returned my email, setting up a convenient time for an appointment.
