"We ordered and received a Megacaid Gaming Machine at our home in Southampton, NY, but couldn't find anyone with the expertise to disassemble it, fit it into the elevator, bring it down to the basement, and reassemble it. He came out with a coworker, took the machine apart, protected the floors, somehow maneuvered it into the elevator, brought it down to the basement, and put it all back together.
