I have been working with computers for quite some time on my secular job. I am quite knowledgeable regarding creating documents, simple and complex, advanced Word functions, email, etc. And in times past, if I had issues with my computer, I would call the IT Help Desk at work. But, at home, with my personal computer, when it comes to the more “technical matters” or the inner workings of the computer system, such as how much memory is available, increasing computer speed, or other IT matters, I am not as “tech savvy.” I reached out to Vin, and he promptly returned my email, setting up a convenient time for an appointment. Our session lasted well over an hour and during that time not only was he able to assist me with computer clean-up and maintenance, but he answered many of my questions regarding computer updates, viruses"

He explained what he needed to do to help correct the problems on my computer. Mike let me know what he would charge me for his work and it is reasonable. He hooked me up to his computer so I did not have to leave my computer off with someone to get the work done. I just spent part of the evening with Mike and he was able to solve the problems that I had. I cannot thank you enough, Angie, for having Mike on your list. Very flexible on availability and the price was very reasonable. If you want it done right, call Practica. Also if you are thinking of setting up a TV and theater sound system, give them a call and they can discuss how to do it right and save you some time and money.
