"David is excellent in every way. Courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He will give you a fair price and his work is excellent. We were fortunate to have found him. He initially updated our system with a new Denon receiver. at a later time we decided to replace two of the speakers and he recommended Klipshe which are excellent. He then re-tuned the system and also hooked-up an old but excellent Phillips plasma TV for HDMI and enabled the verizon remote to control the TV. He then linked Alexa to the Denon. he's the best!"

"Andrew and his team were EXCELLENT. We contacted him with some of our ideas for a home network. At our house we use Comcast and were using WiFi throughout the home. We had tried wireless AC and a number of different options. After about six top of the line routers and extenders we were searching for better options. Unique Video and Sound understood exactly what we were looking for. They installed 9 wall plates and 18 connections, 2 per plate. I requested CAT6A cable to future proof the house. It has been about 4 months since we hired them. They were neat and professional. They were also incredibly kind and understanding. They understand networking. After using there services our internet speed (limited by how close you were to the router and number of users) went from 40 Mbps download to a CONSISTENT 180 Mbps download. We have about 30 different devices connected either via WIFI or directly to the wall. The WiFi is the same but the wired devices (TV's and computers) have no delay on the internet. Our quality of life has significantly improved. We never have to worry about the network going down on our end. If we lose connection it is Comcast. The headaches regarding internet are gone. We have also purchased a 4k TV and plugged a CAT6A wire directly into it. We easily watch Netflix or live streams of anything instantly. The work was great and we would hire them again with any project. I highly recommend installing Ethernet in your home and hiring these guys. They are the best. We waited about four months to do the review and I can say with confidence this was a great decision to hire. I cannot say enough good things about Unique Video and Sound. This is an upgrade you will thank yourself for and these are the guys to do it."

"Mitch spent 1.5 hours to update 2 computers. He left one updating and then checked it later, remotely. For a COMPUTER guy he used simple language to explain what he was performing. He was on time for his appointment and called me the day before to assure me that he was coming. I recommend him highly. I have technical support in the community where I live. However, they are very young and inexperienced. For me, it is worth it to have an experienced computer guy on retainer."

He explained what he needed to do to help correct the problems on my computer. Mike let me know what he would charge me for his work and it is reasonable. He hooked me up to his computer so I did not have to leave my computer off with someone to get the work done. Where I live in central Minnesota, it has become nearly impossible for me to find someone who has the knowledge, experience and ability to help me with any computer problem that I may have now or later. I give Mike 5 stars + for what he did to help me, I enjoyed his pleasant personality and I plan to have him help me again in the near future. :) :)"
