"Nathan Silva was wonderful. He got an understanding of my situation and offered up ways to solve my problem that saved me money. He came on time, was respectful and professional in every way. The repair required a second visit and he offered to waive the cost of his initial call, which I refused. He's an experienced professional and he'll be my 'audio/visual guy' as long as he wants to be."

"He fixed the picture on our main TV so that it was brighter and filled the screen. He installed our DVR so that it will record shows and will play back recordings from DVDs. He did this very well and explained what he was doing as he did it. I am not very digitally oriented so I didn't get full value from his teaching. I would need that info in writing so I could refer back to it for it to be useful to me. Half of what he did and said was gone by the time he left.
He also installed my new router and made sure my computer was on the new network. That went quite well. However, after he left I found he had hooked the router power to the on/off switch that turns the computer off at night. I took that occasion to rewire the whole computer/router/modem/printer complex(we have four computers and two printers). I also forgot to ask him to put the other computers and the printers on the network, so that had to be done. I would feel much better about the job if he had noticed the other computers in the office and offered to do them at his regular charges.
In summary the provider is very competent and does a fine job and the price was more than reasonable-a bargain. I was happy with the results.

"Took longerthn expected. Computer xtill does some funny things - may need a new computer"

"I contacted Mike when my computer suddenly and dramatically slowed down. I left him a message and he called me within a few hours, ready to help me immediately--remotely. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and efficient—and very personable. I gave him access to my computer and he carefully explained every step he took. Even though I know little about the inner workings of a computer, I felt very comfortable asking him my questions. While waiting for a scan of potential malware on my computer, Mike provided helpful tips on keeping my computer running efficiently. I highly recommend Mike to anyone suffering from any problem(s) with their computer. I will definitely contact him again if I experience any problems with my computer."

"Sydney was on time and very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to identify and correct my computer’s issues in a timely manner. He patiently answered my questions and explained the steps he took to bring my computer into compliance."

"Seng did a fabulous job in getting my printer connected to my computer. Even the manufacturer couldn't do that . . . and my computer and the printer were made by the same com[any. Go figure!!! I'll reach out to him again if I need any work to be done. Very efficient. Always on time. Very friendly."

"Kevin was great to work with on my computer. He solved all my issues on my computer. The problem is sorted by him."
