"Ralph is phenomenal! He is extremely knowledgeable and honest. We we told by others that we needed an antenna tower which would have been a $2,000.00 expense. Ralph said he would install a tower if we really wanted one but he didnâ t feel we needed one. He came out just 5 days from our initial contact and we told him to do what he felt would be the best set up possible. In a matter of a few hours we had an antenna installed that produced excellent results. We get 63 channels and have clear and crisp pictures on our televisions. Ralph took the time to make sure that each television was working and that we understood how to work the remote controls. Nothing is easy; every television remote worked differently. He even took the the time to install the Roku device that I just purchased and showed us how to use it. We are currently under contract with a satellite company and as soon as it is up we will say goodbye to a $115.00 monthly bill and have the option to subscribe to a streaming channel at a much lower price. Ralph offered to come back out when we get rid of the satellite system and make sure that everything is working properly. We couldnâ t be more pleased with the product and service we received.
