"I think I've had Tom at both of our homes and he's done everything from TV mounts to full home theater installs. Some of the jobs are really easy for him and some of the jobs are rather difficult especially when running cables. He's very punctual and easy to communicate with. There are always issues with every project whether it's audio-visual stuff to building a pool but Tom and his son always communicate and let you know the solutions and associated cost prior to performing the work. I really do believe that the cost is a phenomenal value. I've left the house open for him while I'm not there and he goes above and beyond and takes care of my dog and sends me a picture of the closed garage door when he leaves the home. "I apologize for the late review but I would like to thank BTZ Audio Video for the expert job they did for us. They installed an antenna on my roof and rand cable to several of my tv's. Before I could not get any local channels at all. Tried several of the small antennas that attach to the back of the tv. Waste of money for me. I talked with Bryan Schafer of BTZ and discussed my dilemma. They ran a little late on the appointment but they kept me in they constantly kept me in the loop which I really appreciated. When they arrived they didn't rush through but made sure I was happy with all my tv reception. I even asked and they ran another cable for a tv that didn't have a line to it. I can't say enough about their professionalism and work. I highly recommend them for your entertainment installation needs. Extremely easy to work with."

The only thing I had the slightest complaint( not really even that) is the price I was charged just to take one television off the mount and place another TV in its place, but other that he was very professional and quick. I will definitely recommend using them again.
