"The IT Teck, Lance from Excellence IT, arrived as scheduled and was able to resolve serveral issues I had experienced in upgrading my laptop to MicroSoft 365. He also ran a check of my operating systems and made serveral changes to improve my computers operation. After leaving I had a question as I begin using the installed systems and he was able to respond and help in getting a couple of issues resolved over the phone. I would use Excellence IT again if need."

"I think I've had Tom at both of our homes and he's done everything from TV mounts to full home theater installs. Some of the jobs are really easy for him and some of the jobs are rather difficult especially when running cables. He's very punctual and easy to communicate with. There are always issues with every project whether it's audio-visual stuff to building a pool but Tom and his son always communicate and let you know the solutions and associated cost prior to performing the work. I really do believe that the cost is a phenomenal value. I've left the house open for him while I'm not there and he goes above and beyond and takes care of my dog and sends me a picture of the closed garage door when he leaves the home. Highly highly recommend Tom!"

I just called him, because I want to engage his services for another project. BTW his services were much more reasonable than the Home Theater Store I had purchased my equipment from. This time I will buy the new TV and all equipment/supplies from him. In addition, he is not charging for consulting with me re: the least expensive and most functional way for me to go. "The Tech was very good with communication, and he did a wonderful job putting up the television. The only thing I had the slightest complaint( not really even that) is the price I was charged just to take one television off the mount and place another TV in its place, but other that he was very professional and quick. I will definitely recommend using them again. Even though I didn't agree 100% the fee, I still believe it was well worth the value of having a professional help to install/ mount my very expensive TV."
