Not only was he very professional in this manner, he also worked in less than ideal conditions to ensure the project was completed in a timely manner. Given the safety implications of this particular job (replacing old rotting railroad tie supports for a 1000sqft enclosed porch the length of the house, with proper footers, spacing, and quality posts) Pedro took all the necessary precautions to ensure proper temporary support, then final support so we can feel comfortable using the beautiful space for the first time since purchasing the house (previously we wouldn't set foot on the porch).
