"Luis is the ultimate professional. He leveled the TV after mounting, reprogrammed the universal remote, updating the settings with the new TV as well as removing previously installed devices. He arrived when he said he would and stayed until he finished the job. White glove service after, he removed all debris, screws, ties, etc before leaving. Price was reasonable. Would recommend Luis to anyone that needs audio/video work."

"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"As always, my computer was cleaned up and everything wrong with the computer was removed. I highly recommend SOS Geek."

"Service went very well.  Ira Goodberg was very helpful and easy to work with.  He was able to identify and fix problems with the computer and was very helpful in offering suggestions.

"Jose helped me connect my home entertainment system to a single power source after it had previously done incorrectly. He also attempted to connect my tv to communicate to my receiver. Jose was very generous with his time, coming out several times to do that. He suggested that I replace the receiver, which was not the problem. Then he suggested that I may have had a bad sensor in the receiver that wouldn’t allow the tv to communicate with the receiver and speakers. Neither of those issues were correct, and I fixed the problem on my own. Overall, the price to connect the power source was reasonable, and Jose came out several times at no charge, but couldn’t solve the problem."

"Shawn arrived as promised and immediately assessed the problem, a faulty TV-VCR-Audio connection. He also checked one other VCR; for both, he showed me how to operate them and recommended labeling the remote controls, and changed the on TV labels so I could easily find the correct settings. Shawn was gracious, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and open to further help as needed. I highly recommend him for any audio, video, plus entertainment center needs. Dr. B"
