"Mike ranks at the top of my list as to have someone like Mike that helped me with my computer problems. Mike is very knowledgeable, experienced, capable, friendly and easy to work with. He explained what he needed to do to help correct the problems on my computer. Mike let me know what he would charge me for his work and it is reasonable. He hooked me up to his computer so I did not have to leave my computer off with someone to get the work done. I just spent part of the evening with Mike and he was able to solve the problems that I had. I cannot thank you enough, Angie, for having Mike on your list. Where I live in central Minnesota, it has become nearly impossible for me to find someone who has the knowledge, experience and ability to help me with any computer problem that I may have now or later. "I had purchased a big deal for the service and it did not turn out very well. The big deal was $49 for a remote computer tune up. He got back to me right away and then he did not call me back for a while. He did a complete scan because he messed it up. I felt like he could have been more professional. I ended up trying to contact him a couple of times. There were no additional charges. I appreciate that he did a complete scan instead of a partial. The computer is running faster to an extent. There was a little bit of an improvement and I used another company after which I saw a huge difference. He tried to make it up."
