"Alex is a wonderful professional. He is very good at what he does. After losing all my channels due to the FCC giving cable companies permission to scramble digital tv due to those who had access because of internet connections. Alex got my TVs up and running again. Not only did I get back all the basic channels now I have 20 more channels which is 70 + channels compared to 20 to 30.
