"My elderly dad unknowingly became a victim of scammers who installed malware on his computer (Trojan Horse, among other things). When my dad asked me for help, I turned to Mike. Mike is someone I had used 10+ years ago for a similar problem I had with my own computer. Mike had my dad's computer sorted out with a minimum of fuss and with utmost professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again and would highly recommend him if you're having similar issues."

"Takodah possesses a wide breadth of technical expertise which he applied to resolve all of our computer related issues. He clearly and concisely explained all technical issues allowing us to plan follow on actions. Never rushing he was thorough and demonstrated the epitome of professionalism."

"Contractor availability was good, which is important when a computer is down. My issues were all resolved. I would not hesitate to call the contractor again for help if I am unable to resolve my computer problem(s)."
