"We ordered and received a Megacaid Gaming Machine at our home in Southampton, NY, but couldn't find anyone with the expertise to disassemble it, fit it into the elevator, bring it down to the basement, and reassemble it. I called several AV companies in the Hamptons, and none of them felt confident taking on the job. I finally went just a little bit further afield and found Nyakan Creations. Steve, the owner, answered the phone himself. I sent him a video from the manufacturer, and he accepted the job on the spot. He came out with a coworker, took the machine apart, protected the floors, somehow maneuvered it into the elevator, brought it down to the basement, and put it all back together. True professionals, and a very reasonable price! This was a very niche job that really needed an expert. If you need anything like this done, call Steve and his crew!
