"Gus Mendez, the owner, was amazing. This was a very complex project repairing cracks in our living/dining room foundation. More extensive problems were discovered as the original 35 y/o foundation was poorly done. Gus figured it all out, removed the old foundation and the 8" of wet dirt underneath and replaced with 8" gravel, then rebar grid at 12", then new concrete and tile. Gus was a highly creative technical engineer and problem solver, and with a highly artistic/esthetic sense. There was really no one else who could have done this, as the only other company that does this had an insufficient assessment for the bid. See photos for the process and outcome."

"Abraham gave us an estimate in February which was lower than one of the big fence companies. Due to the whole Covid thing, they were backed up with work until May. In the end, I’m glad we waited. They removed an old chain link fence and replaced it with a 6ft. cedar fence. The fence was done with galvanized screws instead of nail gun and we chose pipe instead of 4x4 wood for uprights.
