"This review is more than a year overdue, but I was very happy and satisfied with the job done by Brick Restoration Inc. I had a plumbing leak (frozen pipe break) in the wall behind the kitchen sink, and the repair could only be made from the outside wall of the house. BRI quoted me a very fair price for brick removal and restoration. When it came time restore the hole in the brick, BRI came back out and filled in the hole with all new bricks. Since it is nearly impossible to find the same kind of bricks, their brick layer was very skilled at painting the bricks to match the existing bricks. I was very happy with the work that was done. I will call BRI again if I ever need brick more brick work done."

"Eduardo and his crew repaired a limestone planter box that was in dire need of fixing! They took it apart, cleaned all the old concrete off from between the lime stone blocks. They used cinderblocks and rebar to reinforce the area behind the planter box. They then replaced all the original lime stone from the 1950s, back on there, cementing them all back together, right up against the reinforced cinderblocks. Now this area will never crack and break down again!! They did a fabulous job, and I am happy to be a reference for him. I highly recommend using Eduardo for your brick and masonry needs!!! He is reliable, professional, and knowledgeable about his craft. Do not hesitate to use him for your job, whether it is simple, or complicated like ours was, you will be so glad you hired him. We sure are!!!"

I was really worried about the situation with the crack in the bricks because it was very noticeable and in a prominent spot on the front the house. "We first hired Deck and Patio to build a new back yard deck with a pergola cover and walkway back in 2015. They showed us pictures from a variety of their past jobs and their references were so impressive that we also hired them to build a stone firepit off the deck, and added accent lighting along the walkway and deck. The finished work was so impressive that we are still (even today) getting comments from guests and even other service people that our back yard is so beautiful, a great place to relax—and they are right. It was not without some glitches along the way—for example, the firepit did not drain off the rain water properly at first. Unpredictable events like this occur with every job, but the difference with this company is that Martin is so attentive and so focused on customer service—they actually stayed with it until the problem was solved, and it has never occurred since. We cannot talk long about Deck and Patio without also referring also to the high level of workmanship and professionalism shown by the work crew. One of these, Charlie Fick, is particularly worthy of comment. A master painter, he takes the time to assess the needs of a job, including not just the color and tone of the paint itself, but the character of the wood and the way it takes the paint. Like Martin, he returns to check the quality of his work and measures it against a high standard. If he is not pleased with the result, he will repeatedly revisit the issue. He told me once that he looks at our place as if it were his own. Finally, our satisfaction with this company is so absolute that we are even discussing a regular program of maintenance in the future for the lighting system, pergola, stonework, and painting. "I needed to get my brick walkway repaired from damage done by some deliverymen. The HOA was going to fine me and so it needed to happen soon. This company responded promptly and sent two skilled workmen who replaced the brick seamlessly (with some taken from the back patio) so the repairs didn't look odd. They worked politely and efficiently, and got the job done as promised in a few hours. Very happy with the results, will likely have them back for more work soon."
