Tore out and relaid bricks where mortar had given away and removed and replaced bricks that had disintegrated over time. "The A/C area was depressed and we needed to raise the air conditioner. We needed to bring in dirt to raise the area and reinstall the A/C.  The front yard needed to be leveled out and we needed to bring in dirt to raise the area.  The recessed areas were due to an additional concrete patio and new driveway.  The previous owner had not fixed the grade. Land Escapes brought in 5-8 tons of dirt.  They also coordinated finding an A/C company to do the disconnect and reconnect.  They scheduled that all for me.  Land Escapes also hauled off all of the brick that was in the area of the A/C that was not wanted.  The front yard was leveled and new sod was added.
Very please with the final product.  Most of it was completed in a day with mulching completed a few days later. The crew was very efficient.
