"We had a chimney that was dropping stones onto our deck. It was starting to lean and the cracks in the mortar were obvious and scary. Clarke came out (on time for the appointment), looked at the chimney and told me that he could repair it. Furthermore, without me asking, he walked around the house and saw many areas where the mortar was cracked or came out (the house is 25 years old). He told me that his crew could repair the whole house. Well, they came out when promised, set up the scaffolding and repaired everything except badly damaged mortar behind my garden, to which they couldn't get access without damaging all the plants. He promised to finish the repairs when the garden was depleted and, good to his word, he has called and a repair will be set up. Clarke is a great guy, his team is professional and I would highly recommend them for any job within their abilities."
