Outstanding quality work by Manuel's crew. The only complaint I have is they did not clean up and remove materials after the job was completed. I naively assumed they would remove the replaced vinyl and left over material including about 700 pounds of sand and numerous pallets / trash. After complaining they did remove the siding but refused to remove the sand and pallets! I guess this is what I get for ASSuming, I have since learned that this is pretty much standard for masons, do the work and get out!
