"Michael was great. He returned my phone call later that night, and came out the next day to take a look at what needed to be done. He was really easy to work with for scheduling, and very reasonable with his prices. Within a week or so he had his crew out to our house, and they went over the whole side with a fine tooth comb. They made sure the brick pointing was good on our chimney, too, and replaced the cap that was missing (that we hadn't even noticed was gone!). Lots of attention to detail, and if you hadn't known there was missing mortar and cracks, you'd never know there was any work done at all - which is how masonry repair is supposed to be. "John and his team did fantastic work on this project! There were 2 major aspects of my exterior restoration project. First was to remove failing stucco off the brick front face. This uncovered damaged headers that needed to be replaced, along with some brick work that needed to be restored. Second phase was to restore the bricks, replace the broken headers, and repoint. John's team lovingly restored the original 1920's bricks (even going out to Harrisburg to find matching bricks!), beautifully refinished the base beside the sidewalk, and installed a dryer vent. Everyone on the team was very communicative throughout the entire process, and left me with a lovely restored Philly row home!
