"After the last two storms in June and July, our chimney started to leak rainwater into the brick over the fireplace and into the fireplace. I did an online review and found that Top Hat Chimney Service had one of the highest ratings, so I called for an appointment. Anthony responed quickly and we agreed upon an inspection date. He and Lou arrived, inspected our chimney, took photos and made his recommendations. He responded to all of my questions and we agreed on a repair plan. Incidentally, he checked our other chmney and made recommendations for it because it also needed some preventive repairs. We also decided to have him install a gas fireplace. We were extremely pleased that he could begin and complete the work on that day, since another storm was expected within 24-48 hours.
