"Bob Abel was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Masonry Arts did the work in two phases. First, they demolished the front step and prepared the porch floor. They created two new concrete steps attached to the porch, then laid the flagstone. It truly transformed the front porch and made stepping onto the porch safer to climb the stairs. The second phase was when Xavier, his stepson, used his artistic abilities to very closely match the brick and mortar to fix the numerous cracked bricks on two sides of the home. When you look at the bricks, you can't tell there was even repairs. We are very pleased with the results as well as how responsive and timely they completed the work. We would highly recommend them to those needing masonry work done."

"I had some brick pulling away from the house next to the garage door. Jonathan came out and provided an estimate. I thought it was steep, but after some back and forth we came to an agreement. The next day his crew showed up about 30 minutes late but did a great job with the brick. Part of what I wanted was for them to caulk where brick met wood, but apparently they didn't know they were supposed to do that and didn't have anything but clear caulk with them. I decided to do the caulking myself and saved some money. All in all, DFW Brick Repair did a good job and I would hire them again - at the right price."

"In a day and age were customer service and craftsmanship is basically extinct.. Bill is a diamond in the rough. His work is outstanding, he's very friendly, he's professional, and has pride in his work. When a Fedex driver backed his truck into my house, it destroyed my brickwork above my garage doors. Bill removed the damaged brick and stone and replaced it with new materials. It looks good as new as if nothing had ever happened... simply amazing. If I ever need masonry work, I won't use anyone else."

"I was initially very pleased with the completed work. However, within 6 months of work completed, the concrete on the 21 foot-long stone stairs, 2 stone planter beds, and 5 chop stone and concrete rings were all experiencing large cracks and were unstable. Detailed photos of the problems were sent to Eric Gonzalez. A worker was sent out to patch the concrete. Within the following six months, all of patches were broken, flagstone was loose and dangerous on the stairs, and the planters were falling apart. New photos were sent detailing the conditions. The same worker came out and stated they would completely tear down the work and rebuild. Efforts to get the manager and crew out to repair the work have been fruitless and Eric Gonzalez no longer responds to me call or messages."
