"83 masonry Reviewed my initial concern about areas of my home where the mortar was crumbling and falling out. It turned out that rusted lintels were no longer properly supported the brick around garden level windows and cracks were more extensive than I had initially detected. By their expert discerning of the underlying problem they provided a solution of new lintels with drainage to prevent it from happening again. They arrived early the day of the job, the owner was on site entire time participating in the work and provided insights throughout the repair about what was happening. They also supplied before and after photos, and left the work site spotless. Patient, detailed and knowledgeable. Great experience."

"The stone work on the front of our home is 13 years old and the mortar had started to disintegrate significantly in some places but not others. Tuckpointing was needed. This is at the entrance to our home so we wanted to ensure it matched and would be seamless with the existing. We are very happy with the completed work; the work quality and the color matching is very good. Olsen was very responsive and professional on our project. We would use them again. + Scheduling for estimate and receiving/returning related quote was easy and quick. + Scheduling for work itself was also easy. Given weather conditions on our appointed work date, the work had to be rescheduled for a couple days later to ensure quality/curing. + Worker arrived on time and completed the project; very self sufficient. When completed, he rang the doorbell to let us know he was finished, advised the color would look a bit off bc it needed to dry/cure, and that someone would return in a few days to clean the surface. + During that time, we noticed 2 small spots were overlooked. We contacted Olsen and they completed those 2 spots and cleaned the surface on the same day. Looks great!"

"They were very courteous, completed the job on schedule without any issues. We had an old chimney that needed to be replaced and they went out of their way to match the old brick color. Highly recommended."
