"Modern rebuilt my aging brick chimney. The cap had cracks in it and the bricks were popping out. Modern took it down and rebuilt it. Brand new limestone cap and bricks. They even tuck-pointed some bricks further down the chimney that weren't part of the rebuild. The chimney looks great and Modern did it all in one day."

"I am extremely pleased with the quality of their work and the professional yet personable demeanor of Daniel Brooks and his staff. I used Angie's List and a couple other resources to select three companies to request project suggestions/price quotes from. I chose Brooks Landscaping due to the company's favorable reviews/recommendations as well as Daniel Brooks' patience with my many questions, the details he provided on how the job would be handled, and that he respected that I had a specific budget that I needed to work within. Dan explained/offered several options. In both instances that Daniel Brooks came out to discuss the job, he was punctual and was especially helpful and informative. The project itself took two days, as they expected, and it was started on the day they promised. Dustin, the foreman, is very articulate, detail oriented, respectful and easy to work with. It's clear that Dustin takes pride in his/their work and loves what he does. The job turned out beautifully! ...And considering what a messy endeavor it was, they did a fabulous job with the haul-away process of the old wall and the final project clean up. "Tim was willing to work with me on my design, and willing to do whatever he could to try to meet my budget. He was very communicative throughout the process, delivered on his commitments, and his crew worked their asses off during the hottest week of the summer. Tim and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He had his crew re-do a large portion of the job, because it wasn't up to his standards (brickwork wasn't completely level). This is something i may not have even noticed, but tim did, and without even asking me about it, he had them address it, which i have no doubt, added a full day of labor. Great work, love my new yard, will def use again when i need more work done in the future!"
