The bricked up team was able to clean and reuse brick we salvaged from other areas of the home, creating a seamless look. "I had two patios replaced with brand new pavers. They removed the old brick and concrete slab underneath the patios and replaced that with a gravel layer. This was tamped down and then sand was added and then the pavers. Polymeric sand was used in all the joints and everything was tamped down nicely. The pavers look great and are a big improvement over the previous brick. They even cut around a newly installed AC unit on the back patio and it looks like its resting perfectly on the new pavers. Tom was easy to work with from start to finish and the install crew was very hard working. I even had them do some extra paver work with the left over material and have scheduled them for further landscaping work. They were not the cheapest bid but I am very happy with my choice and the results. I would recommend Finishing Touch to anyone.

"I contracted for this service (16 hours of labor) in mid-May 2015. I did a quick walk-around with a company representative and provided a detailed list of tasks to be done, mostly weeding and cutting back of plants in beds around the house and yard and trimming some low-growing tree limbs that were projecting into our parking area.
The service could not be scheduled until the second week of June due to the contractor's schedule. Once the crew finally came out, they did a very nice job, including cutting back some very overgrown and thorny rose bushes.  Weeds were hand-pulled for the most part, and bed borders were nicely edged. In general, there was a lot of satisfying attention to detail from the crew. The labor was slightly over the contracted 16 hours; I'm waiting to see the final tally.
The only other point I would add is that I asked a couple of times about spraying our brick walks with herbicide and purchasing and spreading new mulch for some of the beds, but this was not done on the day of the service. I brought it up again when I saw that it wasn't getting done, and they will be back out in the coming week.
