The stone at the back of my fireplace was cracked and the serviceman told me how to fix it myself for a low cost. He inspected my chimneys on my roof, took digital photos, and showed me them when he came down. I was missing a chimney cap, which I paid for by credit card and they installed on same visit, again showing my digital photos of their finished work. I would use them again."

(He even fixed some loose stone in an unrelated part of the house for free.) Already looking forward to my first fire in my new home. I’ll be calling Top Hat for our annual maintenance as long as we own our home."
