"All aspects of the job went as well as it possibly could. The carpenter patched the roof so one couldn’t even tell a chimney had ever been there. The large metal chimney was removed without incident. The gas fireplace insert needed to be cut out so as to preserve the brick encasing the fireplace and the wood mantel. Jim then expertly installed the electric fireplace, doing a beautiful job both solidly securing the new fireplace and making sure the presentation of the fireplace was perfect! "Steve Hernandez, the crew leader, showed us detailed photos of the problems with our heating system flue and chimney. The former was in such bad condition he rescheduled work so he could get the job down that day! A few days later he and his crew came back to remove the badly worn chimney bricks and concrete crown and completely rebuild them. He had ordered and installed that day a custom cap. The crew was efficient and polite both days. Steve really helped me understand our own particular heating system and what to do going forward to keep it safe and efficient. Truly, kudos to Steve."
