They charged a very fair price and did a great job removing the messy tree. They also offered to replace the tree; they did all the leg work finding the exact tree we wanted and planted it. "All I can say is WOW. What a wonderful job they did. Rob listened to what we wanted done and put together a great package. We had pavers installed to increase the patio size, we had trees and bushes, and the plant designer, Mike, came up with a very unique cactus for us to put in our backyard, but the Waterfall feature they designed was Amazing. Design is good, but it is the workers that make or break the design bringing it from concept to a finished project. EVERY worker was excellent. They were some of the hardest workers I have ever seen -- putting in 10 to 12 hour days. I witnessed them measuring, using a sight line and making sure everything was level with every stone they put in. My neighbor, a contractor by trade, was impressed with the quality of the work. The only delay we had was a part was broken and needed to be reordered. I appreciated that they did not try to fix the part themselves and not have it work properly and have a leak in the water feature. But once the part was in, they came right back and finished up the work. The trees were nice and big and starting to bloom already. I went from a dirt yard to a desert oasis in a few weeks, and now have bees pollinating my citrus trees, saw some butterflies and today saw the first hummingbird in my yard. That is what I wanted to create in my yard, and Rob and the crew brought it to life. Thank you. I will see you back here on phase 2 of our yard."

"MasterAZscapes landscaped my backyard in Vistancia with a large cactus garden, lots of bougainvillea for a future hedge, 3 trees, a sidewalk, irrigation, lights, boulders, mounding and decorative rocks. During the planning stage Troy provided me with pricing for each specific plant, rather than just describing X number of plants for X price. I knew what the size of each plant would be, so there were no surprises. He even provided me with a computer image of just how my garden would look. When I didn't like the rip rap delivered by the rock company, there was no argument about changing it out, or who would pay to remove the offensive rip rap. Darrel came by with samples of replacement rock and the project continued with no delay. They planted over 80 plants, with many large, pricey cacti. They did a beautiful job and I'm very pleased with my new garden. I would highly recommend them as they showed great care and thought from the planning stage with Troy through the installation process with Darrel and Tommie. From beginning to end, their primary objective appeared to be my happiness, and they succeeded."
