(Which we thought was a little ambitious for what had to be done). They finished everything in 2 weeks. Along the way as we made requests dan was very accommodating. We love our new outdoor space and would recommend Dans cut stone walls over any of the large awkward boulder natural retaining walls that all the other contractors tried to push on us. Hardworking crew that gets it done."

"I hired Juan Mata to do an entire stucco replacement of the flat top area of my stucco walls which was badly chipping off around my courtyard. Additionally, I had him re-do a botched stucco and paint job of two smaller wall panels next to my front door previously done in November of 2025, and a small retaining wall which was badly stained and in need of a total facelift/re-stucco/paint. Juan did an amazing job on all and I was very pleased. He drove down four days from the Denver area to my home in Colorado Springs. He was skilled, courteous, respectful of my property, communicative, and did a good job cleaning up after completion. I highly recommend Juan for any stucco needs you may have."

They found not 1 but two leaks as well as issues with our coverage. They provided a quote that broke down all our issues into smaller chunks we could have addressed at our pace.
