"Franos and his team were terrific to work with. In bidding process not only was he cheapest but he spent the most time with me discussing options and how to save the most and get a good product. They did the work as described and on time. Even working weekends to get caught up after two days of hard rain. After he wouldn’t take final payment until we had a chance to go over the project. It was complicated in that we used copper flashing along the entire edge of the flat roof to cover up brick that had adhesive attached from the prior roof. He created this solution and it looks really nice. Very good experience."

"I wanted to give them a great review, the owner is extremely friendly and patient and had fair prices. They were going to redo my paved patio and install front landscaping. I was away for work when they installed landscaping, I was told about the pavers for edging they were going to use. But when I came home, I saw that the just used leftover bricks from the patio. They put one with a huge rust stain right in front that looked terrible and one brick was cracked on the side part of edging. I Ended up Removing the edging all together and redid it myself with different edging. ( I was also supposed to have bright fuchsia-colored lilies and I had dark red.) Also, the entire outer row of bricks on my patio came loose. The owner called back and sent someone to fix it without any issue. It is ok now but they used yellowish sand when they came back to fix it and the other sand is gray. It is noticeably different, when I removed the patio rug there is a huge line of the hardened sand on the concrete that I cannot seem to get all of it out just yet. The owner also told me he would get me a specific ground cover for a portion of the landscape, and he never did. I was very excited when I hired them and had high hopes that my outside would finally look like it should. While it looks better than it originally did, I feel like they tried to cut some corners on this project that ended up costing me more afterward. I just wish they would have put a little more care into it and really made it a quality work."
