"They advertised themselves as doing masonry work and I need some ornamental bricks installed and concrete shelves removed from a fireplace. They only work on exterior chimneys. I figured masonry is brick work, regardless of where it is located. My husband couldn't even get the guy who came out to give an estimate on a chimney cap, which also isn't covered by the Big Deal, to volunteer to do some work on his own time. Go figure."
