At Baptiste Masonry we take great pride in every job we do like it was our own home. With 25 years experience I have seen a lot of beautiful work done by others and I have also seen a lot of not so good work. My goal for my customers is for them to be 100% satisfied and have a smile on their face when the work is complete. The job is not complete until that happens. "Jim provided some re-pointing on my parents red brick house. He was extremely patient, worked within their schedule, cleaned up after himself, and did an amazing job from start to finish. Our next door neighbors liked his work so much while he was doing our house, that they hired him to help re-point their house as well. Most everything he repaired blended seamlessly to original house. Jim was laid back and no hassle to work with and I would highly recommend his company to anyone."

"Daniel’s young apprentice, Sam came out for the job first but didn’t have the right equipment to inspect my narrower wood stove chimney. He didn’t make excuses, handled the stress of it professionally, and apologized profusely. Daniel arrived and went over everything after the inspection with pics and did a thorough cleaning and made a few future recommendations. Due to the inconvenience, he refused to charge me.
