"I have used Mason Works on a previous project in 2017 (new stone wall and front step repair) and was very happy with their work. This project was to replace driveway including matching previous stone wall, add granite curbing to right side and complete replacement of existing asphalt. Stone wall is great, granite curbing is great but does not fully match in size or color (they explained that this is typical when ordering granite) and driveway really is just OK. They use a more course asphalt mi than you'd typically see and they explained that it lasts longer. My issues with driveway: • Driveway not evenly smooth, quite a few rougher spots • Section on side of driveway that you can see it's not evenly rolled • They said to wait 5 days to park on it and I waited 3 weeks instead but there are several tire marks already from parking on it"

"The repair was to the property front steps (brick/cement/stone). The job was done at a very reasonable price, in the manner that was explained to me and it was done in a timely manner. Jim kept me informed all the way through the project as to what was going on, and his team came when they said they would come, they did the work professionally, and they cleaned up afterwards. They were great to work with, and there were absolutely no problems. I would certainly hire them again to do any of the same type of work in the future. 5 stars for these guys!!"

"I contacted Dan through Angie's List and the next day he evaluated my 91 year old mother's front brick steps, railings and cracked concrete walk leading to the stairs. "We hired Michael and his team to replace our front walk and back patio. For the front walkway, they removed all of the old bricks and stacked them neatly out of the way in the woods, and then leveled everything and installed new pavers. They also used mortar to set the edging in place. They had to remove the old sand and brought in aggregate and stone dust as a base. In the back, they re-used the old bricks but had to remove everything, level it out, and then re-install. New aggregate and stone dust here too. Completed everything in three days and worked very long hours (7am to 7 pm). We made a few small adjustments along the way and the guys were very accomodating. Would definitely hire this crew again."

"All aspects of the job went as well as it possibly could. The carpenter patched the roof so one couldn’t even tell a chimney had ever been there. The large metal chimney was removed without incident. The gas fireplace insert needed to be cut out so as to preserve the brick encasing the fireplace and the wood mantel. Jim then expertly installed the electric fireplace, doing a beautiful job both solidly securing the new fireplace and making sure the presentation of the fireplace was perfect! It was a pleasure to see someone take meticulous care throughout the entire job, which included thoroughly cleaning up afterwards."
