I liked the fact that he returned a couple days before the scheduled start date and did one final walk through to ensure we were in sync. The brick work for the pad and sidewalk was done perfectly. The stepping stones look fantastic and are very functional. The pruning was done as expected. Overall, no negative experiences encountered. All work was complete and properly cleaned up afterwards. "Isaac and his crew were very helpful when our tree was uprooted in a wind storm. They were next door and offered to take care of our downed tree immediately. They charged a very fair price and did a great job removing the messy tree. They also offered to replace the tree; they did all the leg work finding the exact tree we wanted and planted it. My husband and I are fairly particular, but they easily met our high standards. I appreciated Isaac's quick and clear communication with my husband via texting and phone calls."

I chose to go with them because I thought the increase in price would mean no issues. I was wrong. It took them 10 months to come repair one broken tile that broke on installation...4 phone calls later, no response. My husband posted a poor review of them on Google, and they were out the next day. I am saddened that it took a poor review to encourage this company to fix something 10 months after the fact."
