"Good experience. Workmen wore booties, kept my house clean, gave me honest assessment of what I needed. The stone at the back of my fireplace was cracked and the serviceman told me how to fix it myself for a low cost. He inspected my chimneys on my roof, took digital photos, and showed me them when he came down.
