"I interviewed 4 companies for leaking parapet repair on my garage. Mario and Andy were always very communicative and quick to respond when I asked questions. They started (and finished) the entire job on the schedule they proposed. The work is excellent. This job created a lot of dust and debris and they did a nice job of cleaning up every day. I'm am very glad I chose Touchstone. I have some other brick work that needs to be done on our main home and will almost certainly use Touchstone. "Removed the common brick that had been underneath a rusted crown of original 3rd story gutterwork that the city had asked us to remove, replaced this with face brick, used scaffolding.  They also replaced a crumbling window lintel.  The work went very well overall, with good communication throughout, although they were late getting started because of some issues encountered at other job sites."

He handled all correspondence with the Village of Frankfort to obtain the work permit and shared every step of the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the reason for the split from the brick work and drywall. Upon one visual inspection, he was able to determine the materials that would match. While I was nervous about the possibility of the materials not matching, honestly... you cannot tell the rework was not included in the original build. He and his team did a beautiful job with the reconstruction! Greatly appreciated!"

"Can't say enough good things about our experience with AAA-1 Masonry & Tuckpointing. We had two holding walls with brick that was deteriorating. They power washed to identify which bricks needed to be removed and swapped out those bricks with new ones. In addition they replaced the capstones on the two walls with larger capstones to provide the walls more protection from the elements. Everything was sealed and completed flawlessly. The crew was experienced and professional. Since the work was done this summer, our walls don't even get wet from rain! We are so grateful for the expert repair but also the guidance that replacing the capstones would provide more of a long term solution. Highly recommend these guys for your masonry needs."
