Drew understood that we needed action and he did everything, from excellent coordination of timing so renters were not disturbed, to shopping for a new door closing mechanism to making sure that it was installed correctly. When the door didn't close without manual assistance, Drew sent a video and we discussed options. When I recommended it was good enough, Drew spent more time and discovered that by oiling our old door hinges, the opener would fully shut the door. They passed inspection the first time.  The inspector only asked that I have them come back and add some additional sealant over the screws in the bottom of the windows.  The inspector passed them without them doing that.  He just said he suggested it to make it perfect.  D&D came out the next day and did what he had asked.
