"I was very impressed with Josh Hopkins’ work on my chimney. He went out of his way to communicate with me and be thorough and explained what needed to be done. He and his assistant had to put some very high scaffolding up and they were careful about doing it. Nothing was damaged. They noticed a couple chinks out of mortar between bricks along my deck that needed repairing also and I appreciated that observation and repair. And they left my deck nice and clean, taking the time to blow and hose it off. Once the job was done it looks so professional and beautiful. Before it was really bad with missing pieces and bricks missing and cement broken and now it looks like new."

He didn’t make excuses, handled the stress of it professionally, and apologized profusely. Daniel arrived and went over everything after the inspection with pics and did a thorough cleaning and made a few future recommendations. Due to the inconvenience, he refused to charge me.
