The job consisted of a large (approx. 50 square) asphalt roof replacement complicated by existing stone veneer problems with a chimney chase. A-1 responded promptly to our request for quotation, and when the full scope of work was finally determined, provided a detailed quote and an accurate projection of the time frame to complete the work. The owner was on site daily to provide supervision and direction fo this crews. Spot problems involving things like cleanup were promptly addressed. Incidental landscape and property damage were kept to a bare minimum. When we had questions regarding the execution of the work, the owner promptly explained them to us and helped to resolve them to our satisfaction.
